Our Regular Service Area

We work throughout New England. Our regular coverage includes:

  • Connecticut

  • Rhode Island

  • Massachusetts, including Cape Cod and the islands

  • New Hampshire

  • Vermont

  • Southern and central Maine

We have installations and customers spread right across the region, so wherever you are, it is worth asking.

We don’t currently cover northern Maine.

Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket

This is an area we go out of our way to serve, because plenty of gate companies won’t.

Finding somebody willing to come out to the Cape or across to the islands for gate work is genuinely difficult. We already have customers throughout Cape Cod and on both Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, and we are happy to take on more.

Response Times and Travel

We answer enquiries the same day or the next, wherever the property is, and can usually get a visit booked within the week.

For service calls, we charge a set rate within two hours of central Connecticut. Beyond that, additional travel charges may apply, and we will always agree to them with you in advance. Nothing gets added to a bill that you haven’t already said yes to.

For full installations we are happy to travel wherever the work is.

Coverage Questions

  • If you are in New England, there is a good chance we do. Our regular service area covers Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and southern Maine, plus Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. If you aren’t sure, get in touch and tell us where the property is.

  • Yes. We have customers on both islands already. Small jobs are straightforward on the passenger ferry. Larger work needs the van across, which takes more planning in season, so give us as much notice as you can.

  • Possibly, if you are a long way out. There is a set service call rate within a couple of hours of central Connecticut, and additional travel charges beyond that. We agree to any extra with you before we travel, so there are no surprises.
